Womreports.com was founded in 2003 by Matthew D Miller. The idea for this service came after the founder was involved in a legal dispute with an individual who was making ridiculous claims. In talking with people who knew this individual, he learned that this person was well known for getting involved in legal disputes with just about everyone this person did business with, some of which included an attorney, a phone company, a doctor, a tree service, a food service, two insurance companies, a zoning board, a hospital, three private citizens, and a well respected roofing company.

The founder knows that there are times when one may need to take legal action, but it became quite obvious that this individual was just trying to get out of paying, and although this behavior is not illegal it certainly is questionable as to how ethical it is.

It was then that the founder started researching and learned that there are services available for consumers to identify unethical businesses, but there was absolutely nothing available for businesses to identify unethical customers. Thus Womreports.com was founded. Finally, a service to help business owners insure pleasant and profitable transactions.
